Remember the drive is not simply to get to Hana, but to experience Maui at its most beautiful! For more information, check out our Road to Hana Guide. |
2. Witness the Breathtaking Haleakala Sunrise
No visit to Maui would be complete without watching the sun rise from Haleakala summit. Devote one day of your vacation to getting up early and making the trip to Haleakala National Park. Haleakala means “house of the sun” and after watching the sunrise from this peak, you’ll understand why. Reservations are required to get into the park for sunrise. 3. Snorkeling in the Molokini Crater
Molokini is a volcanic crater—a crescent-shaped strip of land that’s left from an ancient volcanic eruption. From largers boats to more private, there’s something right for everyone. We have more information in our Guide to Snorkeling at Molokini. |
