The Best Places to Eat Near the Airport in Maui

Food Trucks: There are two food truck parks—with seating—right across the street from Costco by the airport. Check their website for hours and online ordering because the trucks change pretty frequently.
 
520 Keolani Place: This food truck park is located right at the corner of Keolani Place and Haleakala Highway, right across from Costco. Favorite choices include:

• Earth Aloha Eats – a popular vegan choice
• Poa Pulehu Maui – delicious local grindz
• Kraken Coffee – get recharged at this local coffee stop

 
591 Haleakala Highway: This food truck park is located directly across from the Costco gas station and is considered the better of the two. There are a variety of choices, but local favorites are

Tin Roof: A local favorite restaurant serving Hawaiian comfort food from Top Chef Fan Favorite Chef Sheldon Simeon. Open Tues–Saturday from 10 a.m. –8 p.m. There’s no real seating available, so most people eat in their car or on a bench outside. Online ordering is available.
 
Maui Coffee Roasters: A great place to stop by in the morning, but it does get crowded. They serve delicious coffee roasted on-site. For food, they have muffins, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and wraps. They also serve lunch. Dine-in and online ordering for pick-up are available. Open Mon–Fri 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sat 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closed on Sundays.
 
Down to Earth Organic & Natural: A health food store with a vegan-only deli. They serve Acai bowls, fruit smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, and more. Outdoor seating. Online ordering and pick-up are available. Open every day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
 
Fork & Salad: A healthy choice that serves build-your-own salads, sandwiches, and wraps. Located in the same shopping center as Target. Dine in or order online for pick up. Open from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
 
Tight Tacos Maui: This mom-and-pop little hole-in-the-wall is a local favorite. They serve up delicious Mexican street-style tacos and burritos. They have counter service with benches outside. Open 11a.m.–7p.m. Closed Sundays. Online ordering is available.
 
My Thai Maui: Delicious Thai food in a laid-back setting. Order online for pick-up or dine-in. Open 11-9. Closed Tuesdays.
